 Returns and Refunds

MB' Y.S. Global Ventures processes returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Incorrect or Missing Items: Refunds or replacements will be issued after verifying the claim.
• Damaged Products: Any claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence.
• Change of Mind: Unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days, subject to inspection upon receipt.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Product Expiration

All products sold on Rosvia.com have clearly labelled expiration dates. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items that expire while in the buyer’s possession. It is the buyer’s responsibility to use products within their recommended timeframes.

Duplicate Payments and Orders

• If duplicate payments are detected, the buyer will be notified, and one payment will be refunded as store credit.
• In the case of duplicate orders, one order will be processed while the other will be placed on hold pending confirmation. If no response is received within 24 hours, the duplicate order will be cancelled, and the buyer will be refunded in store credit.

 Delivery Delays and Claims

• MB' Y.S. Global Ventures is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.
• Buyers must report undelivered shipments within 30 days of dispatch.
• Claims for missing items require an unboxing video as proof before a resolution is processed.
• If a product is damaged during transit but the external packaging is intact, no refunds or replacements will be issued. Refunds are only applicable if the product itself is demonstrably defective upon arrival.
