This Shipping Policy governs all shipments and deliveries for Rosvia.com. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Delivery of Goods
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer at checkout.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Rosvia primarily uses secure Chronopost delivery services for international shipments.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
For Chronopost shipments, delivery may take up to 15 business days depending on destination and logistics conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
The Buyer is responsible for monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking details.
4. Customs, Duties & VAT
All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections.
Import duties, VAT, and any additional charges are not included in the purchase price.
The Buyer is solely responsible for any applicable import fees and compliance with local regulations.
5. Packaging & Product Handling
Temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs.
Packaging is designed to maintain product integrity for up to four (4) weeks, even if cooling elements melt during transit.
Variations in temperature during transit do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
6. Order Processing & Stock Availability
Orders pending confirmation from the Buyer will be held for up to 24 hours.
If no response is received, Rosvia reserves the right to proceed or modify the order accordingly.
In the event of stock shortages, items may be replaced with store credit or alternative products if the Buyer does not respond within 24 hours.
7. No Refund After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered fulfilled.
No refunds will be provided for shipped orders under any circumstances, including delays, customs processing, or delivery issues beyond our control.
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts this condition.
8. Claims & Shipment Issues
Any claims for missing items must be supported by a full unboxing video.
Undelivered or delayed shipments must be reported within 30 days of dispatch.
Parcels returned due to non-collection, incorrect address, or failure to complete customs procedures are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Rosvia reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or resolution based on the provided evidence.
10. Customs Clearance Responsibility
The Buyer is fully responsible for providing any documents required for customs clearance.
If a shipment is held or seized by customs after a reshipment has been arranged, no refund will be issued.
11. Policy Updates
Rosvia reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be published on Rosvia.com.
12. Customer Reviews
By submitting a review, the Buyer grants Rosvia the right to use submitted content, including images, for marketing and promotional purposes.
